• Evaluate Asset Availability data (losses) and generates specific reports that identify and prioritize production performance improvement opportunities and ensures they are pursued by other work processes.
• Identifies mid- and long-term asset requirements based on business goals/strategy to create long-term plans and communicates asset improvement activity plans to service departments.
• Leads the criticality review, determines the risk management strategy.
• Responsible for the interaction with service departments on behalf of the unit to follow-up on the projects and unit technology plans.
• Monitors and analyzes the reliability program performance and engineering program reviews (ESR reviews).
• Manages the Management of Change Process (MOC) in the unit.
• Facilitate and enable the efficient execution of investment projects.
• Responsible for determining the scope of activities that need to be executed during outages/shutdowns.
• Responsible for determining the actions necessary to achieve energy goals.
• Prepares business case for investment decisions for units, Site Manager, Operations Managers.
  

We are looking for:

• A dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a minimum of 3 years experience in the unit assigned who has proven to have thorough understanding of unit operations, process equipment and technology.
• You have technical knowledge in various maintenance disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrument & piping).
• You know how to effectively use statistical tools for data analysis and apply probability, statistical, modeling and prediction reliability tools appropriately.
• You can use in depth analysis and structured methodology to identify the true root causes of a situation or event.
• You know how to evaluate a particular situation or scenario and quantify the probability and consequence of an undesirable event.
• You have the ability to listen generously and practice open advocacy. You are able to provide people the information to perform their assigned roles by spoken word. You can provide people the written information necessary to do their job correctly and are able to make relevant information known in a responsive and effective way.
• A Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
